YOUR ORDER
When you place an order for an item displayed on our website, you are making an offer of purchase to us. We will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If the item is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of these changes. If this is not possible we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.

DELIVERY
We aim to post your order as soon as we can . We are obligated to wait untill the payment shows as cleared funds in our bank account before we can release any purchases.This usually takes at least 4 working days, then all goods will be despatched, with a tracking number and insurance.It is fair to say that from purchasing to receiving your goods can take up to 1 week approximatley.Once the package is in the hands of the Post Office/ courrier they are responsible for any delays or damage to the item. After dispatch ,we will e-mail you and will supply you with a tracking number (incase you want to keep tabs on your purchase). The minimum cost for UK delivery is £8.00.
Currently we can only deliver to your confirmed card billing address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Should any items be unsuitable the item needs to be returned to us within 7 days in order to receive an exchange or refund. The product returned to us MUST be in its original condition. This includes all tags still being attached and any packaging to be returned with the item. If a return is received without tags or packaging, or if we have any reason to believe the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the item and will return it to you. Please note, in the case of a purchase being unsuitable,as in you changed your mind we are not obliged by law to give you a refund, but to offer you a suitable exchange or a credit note.
In the case of refunds,( where goods are faulty) we will credit you via the card you originally used, minus the postage costs, and will do this as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 working days (please note it may take longer than this to show on your statement).

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Any order made between the 1st December and the 24th December will be considered a christmas order, and any returns from this date will be accepted up until 10th January.

Whilst using our website we will gather information from you, allowing us to review our service, and also for promotional purposes.
From time to time we may use this information to contact you regarding any promotions or events on our website.
Personal details such as an address or telephone number will be used primarily to ensure the postage of any purchase, but may also be used to inform you of any new products or changes to our service. You have the ability to opt out of this at the checkout section.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
